I meet with the listing agent, do a walk through, find out WHAT the agent and seller are looking for and get to work capturing high resolution HDR images for the MLS listing. Pricing varies by square footage and acreage.

I also have multiple drones for property drone video as well as for indoor walk through (fly through?) videos of the property. I also make a second pass through the property with a 360° camera to capture HDR 360° images of the home for a Virtual Tour. I do this when I do the initial shoot to save us both the need to go back and do a second 360° shoot once you see the Virtual Tour. All Virtual Tours are MLS compliant and can be uploaded to your listing. Virtual Tours set your listing from the listings with a “Virtual Tour” that is just a fancy slideshow.
